High-quality product development and manufacturing
The operations of ATS-Ammattityökalut Oy begins with the purchase of carefully selected material and after manufacturing and storage, ends with delivery to the customer. We keep the entire product development and manufacturing process in our own hands to ensure high quality, reliable delivery and flexible manufacturing of customer-specific products.
Design and manufacturing
All product design, planning, printing of customer labels and storage takes place at our head office in Porvoo. Our work clothes are manufactured either in our own factories in Estonia and Lithuania or by reliable subcontractors in Europe or Asia. Long-term partnerships with our subcontracted factories ensure smooth and high-quality production.
Sustainable development and energy-efficient maintenance
The company's product development focuses on a long life cycle and energy-efficient maintenance. A product that is durable and can be maintained at the lowest possible washing temperature supports our goal of sustainable development. The "holy trinity" of workwear - fit, functionality and quality - is created through precise design and collaboration between experienced professionals.
Certified and tested materials
All the materials we use are Oeko Tex - certified. Our standard workwear complies with EN standards, and materials and designs are tested in accredited institutions. Our company is a member of the Finnish Association for Safety at Work ( STYL ), whose workwear working group includes our representative.
Extensive table of measurements and customer spesific solutions
People of all sizes should have work clothes of the right size. We offer a comprehensive table of measurements and, if necessary, we can also meet special measurement needs. The leeway required by the work has already been thought about in the products.Reinforcement fabrics in wear-prone areas, seam reinforcements and countless special pockets are just a few examples of the continuous development of our products. We work daily to solve the special needs of our customers, and the best product development is always created together with the customer!

Product Development
The production of workwear begins with careful design, which takes into account the needs of the user, ergonomics and safety.
Based on the design, precise patterns are made that guarantee fit and functionality. Before production, the clothes are tested to ensure durability and comfort. Finally, the products are certified, which guarantees that they meet all applicable quality and safety standards.
Cutting and Sewing
The production of workwear progresses at our factory to cutting the materials, where patterns are used to ensure the exact shape and dimensions of each part.
After this, our skilled seamstresses carefully assemble the garments. Every seam, detail and finish is meticulously made to ensure the end product is durable, functional and of high quality.
Storage and Sales
After manufacturing, the products are delivered to our logistics center in Finland, where most of the garments are printed with the customer's own logo using our own heat press.
After this, the products are delivered to end customers as as efficiently as possible.
