The life cycle of workwear can be divided into several stages, including design, manufacture, use and disposal or recycling.

Design and manufacturing
During the design phase, the requirements set for each product and the eco-design regulation are taken into account. If possible, we will try to favor more e.g. Recycled materials or new fibers with less impact on nature. When the product is required to last and the protection requirements must take into account e.g. fire protection properties, a material that meets the required properties is selected for the product. Fire-resistant work clothes require special materials and manufacturing techniques.
Ecological design means that the environmental aspect is taken into account already in the design phase of the products. Its goal is that the environmental impact of the products should be as minimal as possible throughout their life cycle.
Use
When using work clothes, it is important to take care of their proper care and maintenance,so that their service life is as long as possible. The products must be washed and repaired in accordance with the requirements.
Multinorm products that have a fire protection or electric arc certificate (EN 11611, EN 11612, EN 1149-5, EN 61482-2) must not be repaired by yourself, as correct certified materials must be used to repair the product. The products in question must be repaired according to the manufacturer's instructions/by the manufacturer.
Disposal or recycling
When the workwear has reached the end of its life, it can be removed from use, by delivering it for further processing into new products, industrial absorbent cloths and fiber. Work clothes that do not have fire protection requirements can usually be recycled, e.g. into a new fiber in textile processing plants.

Follow the washing instructions given when washing work clothes.
In order to maintain the product's certified properties, the product must be renewed at regular intervals.
A properly maintained product lasts longer in use and retains its protective properties better.
