Terms of Delivery

Prices

The prices of the products are in accordance with the price list valid on the day the product is ordered. All prices are exclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise), the tax will be added to the order total. ATS-ammattityökalut Oy has the right to change prices by informing its customers by e-mail or on its website.

Sales batch

All products in our collection are delivered as a free assortment without sales batches. Customer-specific products are delivered in accordance with the agreed sales batch.

Delivery

The delivery time is immediately from the warehouse of ATS-ammattityökalut Oy Atex, Raudoittajantie 16, Porvoo or by agreement. Orders transferred to the warehouse by 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Delivery is made by Posti Oyj to the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrectly or incompletely filled delivery information (delivery address, postal code, etc.). 

Orders to be picked up from the warehouse:

Orders arriving before 12 noon can be picked up one hour after the order is confirmed.

Our warehouse is open on weekdays until 16:00.

ATS-ammattityökalut Oy Atex informs the buyer of possible delivery time changes. ATS-ammattityökalut Oy has no obligation to compensate the buyer for damages caused by not delivering the product or delay in delivering the product.

The buyer has the right to cancel the order for delayed delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipments over €850 will be delivered freight-free, distributed throughout Finland.

For shipments under €850, delivery costs are based on the weight of the shipment according to the price list of ATS-ammattityökalut Oy.

Prices incl. VAT 0%.

The customer has the right to use their own freight credit agreements and transport companies.

Payment terms

Subsequent demand or according to agreement.

Becoming an account customer requires signing an account opening agreement with ATS-ammattityökalut Oy. ATS-ammattityökalut Oy reserves the right to change the agreed payment terms and possible other terms, if the due date of the invoice is not met.

Invoicing and collection is handled by OP Rahoitus Oy.

The late payment interest is 16%. Interest is charged by OP Rahoitus Oy. The debtor is obliged to compensate the costs caused by the possible collection of the claim in full.

For factory delivery orders over 15,000 (VAT 0%) 30% advance payment before starting production.

Models

Models are charged according to the price list.

Refunds and returns

Defective and incorrectly delivered products will be refunded or replaced.

Returns must be agreed separately with the customer service of ATS-ammattityökalut Oy, in which case the customer will receive a possible return code and instructions for the return. The maximum amount of compensation liability of ATS-ammattityökalut Oy is the purchase price paid by the buyer for the product. ATS-ammattityökalut Oy is not obliged to compensate for damage that the Buyer may suffer as a result of incorrect or delayed delivery of the product or delivery.

ATS-ammattityökalut Oy only refunds products that are salable. In the case of manufacturing and quality defects, the returned product must be washed, as the sewing shop does not process dirty clothes due to hygiene reasons. If ATS-ammattityökalut Oy has to wash the product, it will charge the incurred costs.

Ordered, removed and customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.

The notice period for orders, deliveries and invoices is 8 days.

Force majeure 

ATS-ammattityökalut Oy is released from its obligations and from its obligation to pay compensation, if the breach of obligations or failure to fulfill them is due to a force majeure. An event that is independent of ATS-ammattityökalut Oy and whose effects cannot reasonably be avoided or overcome is considered a reason for release (force majeure). Such an event can be e.g. war, rebellion, strike, power outage, fire, thunderstorm or other natural phenomenon.

Dispute resolution

Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiations between the parties. Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the district court of Itä-Uusimaa.

Orders

The order becomes binding on the buyer when the seller has confirmed the order in writing or delivered the products.
